Hashim is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and is the co founder and director of HAMC.

After achieving his ACCA professional studies, Hashim joined BDO as an auditor. Having gained a rich experience, he set sail for Luxembourg where he worked as a relationship manager for a management company.

Prior to founding HAMC, Hashim was working in Luxembourg for a globally renowned private real estate investment, development and management firm. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, he decided to relocate back to Mauritius to capitalize on the booming financial sector.

During his free time, if he is not on the beach, he speculates on the stock markets and develops swing trading strategies.
